Candice uses her varied corporate training, executive coaching and adult learning academic background as a means to enrich and enable clients to achieve their personal and professional goals. Using her in-depth experience in developing successful management training programs for hundreds of key managers as well as coaching leaders to improve their skills and abilities, she founded Key Pointe Coaching.
As a MBA graduate of the Pepperdine University’s Graziadio School of Management and a certified professional coach through the International Coaching Academy, she has 20 years of practical hands-on experience within the corporate area.

Behavioral Coaching used to develop and build upon interpersonal and relational skills. Coaching of this type plays a vital role in helping change an individual’s behavior to ensure more effective action and greater business success. Behavior coaches clarify employee goals and reinforce employee accountability. Coaching to behavior can also help employees learn to reduce stress in their personal and professional lives.
Performance Coaching builds on current strengths while addressing areas of weakness to increase output, improve people management skills, time management, delegation and decision-making. Many people who benefit from this type of coaching also find benefits from training programs. Often times the performance issues are due improper training in specific skills. Once identified, training along with coaching reinforces desired outcomes.
Developmental Coaching for those employees that are newly promoted or your rising stars. Coaching helps these employees seek alignment with the organization, what their new job role and responsibility will entail and how they can develop more quickly into their new role.
Candice holds numerous training certifications including DISC Behavior Styles, Achieve Global, Presentation Skills, Diversity Training, Conflict Management and Meeting Management. She teaches Business Management and Critical Thinking undergraduate students at the University of Phoenix. She holds a Certified Toastmaster designation as well as being a member of ICF, PCMA, WABC, ASTD, ISPI, and SHRM. Current President of PCMA LA Chamber, Serves on Board of Directors for the Greater Conejo Valley Chamber of Commerce.
